Pressure core
Pressure cores measure gauge, differential, or absolute pressure by isolating a silicon strain gauge with a stainless steel, titanium, or nickel alloy diaphragm in air-vented oil. Mechanically, these transducers are available in a variety of process connections, diameters and materials. Transducers can be configured for a variety of pressure ranges as well as gauge, vacuum gauge, absolute and differential pressures.
