Application of water flow sensor in public water supply system

Large industrial plants, commercial and residential buildings require large amounts of water, and public water systems are used to meet this demand. In order to monitor the amount of water supplied and used, it is necessary to measure the flow rate of water, for which a water flow sensor is used.

The FS-07 water flow switch uses BSP brass fittings and is operated by microwater pressure. Suitable for hot and cold drinking water, water flow and air flow switch, easy to install, high reliability magnetic reed switch. Water flow sensors are installed on a water source or pipe to measure the flow rate of water and measure the amount of water flowing through the pipe, which is measured in liters or cubic meters per hour. The water flow sensor consists of a plastic valve through which water can pass, and a water rotor containing a Hall effect sensor can sense and measure the river water. When water flows through the valve, it turns the rotor, and in this way, changes in the speed of the motor can be observed. The Hall-effect sensor measures this change as a pulse signal output and, therefore, can measure the flow rate of water.
