The VC-01 Handheld Calibrator is a low-cost reference accelerometer device that allows the user to quickly check the response of accelerometers with known fixed frequencies and levels. Ideal for use in the field or laboratory. Its simple one-button operation ensures that all the user needs to do is to secure the test accelerometer to the top of the calibrator using the supplied studs or via adhesive/petroleum wax and press the button. The output can be monitored on any signal analyzer or scope and levels checked against known excitation levels.
