MEMS static response acceleration sensor-52F
Product Description
Utilizing the most advanced piezoresistive MEMS sensors on the market, this accelerometer utilizes a new generation of piezoresistive chips for superior stability and measurement accuracy. 52F accelerometers are available in ranges from ±50g to ±6000g. Unlike low impedance designs on the market, the accelerometers are available in a full-bridge configuration, with a nominal impedance of 4000 Ω, and offer short warm-up times with very low drift. Packaged in a low-profile aluminum case with shielded, low-noise cables, the accelerometer is designed for tight and challenging installations. the Model 52F offers ideal internal gas damping and excellent shock resistance, as well as flat amplitude and phase response up to 8000 Hz. the Model 52F accelerometers are IP66 rated. the operating temperature range is from -40°C to +90°C. The accelerometers are available in a wide range of sizes and sizes, and in a wide range of sizes.
