Product Description

The Model 9038 is a compact pressure calibrator with a set point control accuracy of ±0.01%FS that is also capable of making external pressure measurements. The calibrator provides a pre-engineered solution for applying a known stabilized pressure to an electronic pressure scanner or any pressure measurement device for periodic calibration or verification.

This product is available in both absolute and differential versions, both of which also provide digital I/O for remote control of valves for use in the routing of measured and controlled pressures. The units communicate with the host computer via a 10 Base-T Ethernet interface supporting TCP and UDP.Pressure data is output in user selectable engineering units. Each unit's internal 32-bit microprocessor corrects zero, range, and nonlinearity errors for internal precision pressure standards. It also performs standard digital temperature compensation to minimize thermal errors to less than ±0.001% FS/ºC.

Pressure standards and pressure controllers are integral parts of the NetScanner system. Multiple NetScanner components measure a variety of pressures and share the same multiple measurement commands, creating a distributed intelligent data system.
