In recent years, the rapid development of the UAV industry, UAV is widely used in topographic mapping, earthmoving mine measurement, emergency mapping, real estate, precision agriculture and other industries, there are two key performance parameters for the UAV propeller: torque and speed, the torque and speed can be multiplied to calculate the mechanical output power of the propeller. By observing the connection between the drone motor and the propeller, it is not difficult to find that the "command information" sent by the drone motor to the propeller is only torque and speed.
The measurement of torque and speed can be carried out through the dynamic torque sensor CD1095, the sensor is connected to the back end of the propeller, and the reverse torque generated by the propeller is transmitted to the test bench through the motor, which acts on the torque sensor of the test bench. The torque sensor generates weak deformation and causes weak voltage changes in the strain gauge, and then the voltage signal is processed and calibrated. The accurate torque value and Angle data are obtained, and the speed and torque are displayed in real time by the test bench software.
