Laser displacement sensor-LT10030
Product Description
The laser transmitter shoots a visible red laser through a lens onto the surface of the object being measured. The laser light reflected by the object passes through the lens and is received by the internal position detector (PSD), which can "see" the point of light at different angles depending on the distance. Based on this angle and the known distance between the laser and the PSD, the digital signal processor is able to calculate the distance between the sensing and the object under test.
At the same time the position of the light beam at the receiving element is processed through analog and digital circuits and analyzed by the microprocessor to calculate the corresponding output value and output a standard data signal proportional to the user-set analog window. If a switching output is used, it conducts within the set window and cuts off outside the window.
Key Features
Using the same remote control software of the laser vibration meter, the laser displacement sensor is remotely controlled on a PC computer, and the smart conditioner and computer are connected to each other through a network cable.
Turning on and off the laser source.
Measurement target in range and out of range indication.
Laser beam safety indication.
Laser safety mode exclusion button, this function is mainly used for similar blade high-speed rotation conditions, blade periodic appearance and non-appearance mode for effective measurement, will prompt "target appears" "target does not appear" prompt.
LP filter selection (high/low bandwidth). Digital display of target distance (average value) with a frequency of 1 HZ.
Scroll graph of target distance (average) vs. time.
