Product Description

The Remote Processor (RP) is the rack mount interface for the PCU and PSU. It provides a complete pneumatic, electrical, and communications interface for PCUs and PSUs. Up to four PCUs/PSUs can be installed in a single RP. All pneumatic connections are routed through a pneumatic backplane in the chassis, allowing easy and automatic connection of unit input and output port pressures to the pressure scanner.
The RP can be mounted near the OSP or remotely near the pressure scanner. Mounting the RP closer to the pressure scanner reduces the length of the pressure calibration line and increases the speed of calibration.
